Payment Options

For New Dentures

Deposit At The Beginning

A deposit is taken at beginning of treatment, usually at the end of the first appointment. We can either process the deposit payment via Eftpos machine in clinic, or patients can pay at a later date/time by direct transfer via bank details on invoice. In most cases, further treatment/work on the denture won’t be started until the deposit has been paid.

During Treatment

No further payments needed until end of treatment/last appointment. However, patients are welcome to make payment of any amount/at any stage before completion of treatment via the invoice or at the end of appointments over the course of treatment, and we allocate the funds to the invoice as they are received and email the update invoice to reflect new amount showing. Some patients prefer this as it pays off the treatment in smaller chunks, rather than one large sum at the end.

Final Appointment

Health funds will be claimed at the final appointment and remaining/outstanding amount owing calculated (for patient to pay before leaving). At any stage during treatment, we can put through a quote with the patients’ health fund to get an estimated amount of what the HF will cover.

Denture Repairs, Relines & Additions

Payment is taken at end of treatment when patients return to collect their denture. A quote will be given at the beginning of treatment/before leaving the denture with us, and patients can decide if they are happy to proceed.

Health Funds & Support

Most health funds accepted

Metro South Oral Health Dental Prosthetist vouchers accepted at Tarragindi and Beaudesert clinics for eligible patients

DVA patients welcome at all clinics

Health-fund quotes available during treatments

No Payment Plans

Payment must be completed in full by end of treatment to receive denture. For patients needing financial assistance, there are several reputable services/options available (such as Klarna or Zip pay) which may be helpful. Patients will need to organise this themselves and consider the risks carefully.

We Don't Offer In-Clinic Payment Plans

We don’t offer in-clinic payment plans (such as Afterpay) as although some of these services claim to be interest free, they do actually carry hidden costs to the patient and will increase the amount invoiced (which many patient’s do not realize).
